Welcome to the 1st Colorado Top Hands
An entertaining equestrian drill team that performs throughout the state of Colorado
The 1st Colorado Top Hands was started in 2019. The team is a co-ed, all-age drill team. Riders come from all backgrounds including competitive barrel racing, western pleasure, and ranch versatility. The team rides their drill with American flags to honor those who have served in the military or as first responders including many members of the team.
The Top Hands honorable present our military and first responder flags during grand entry and parades.
Team members interact and educate the audience by signing team autograph sheets, introduce their horses and engage event attendees.
Some Top Hands members dedicate extra time learning special trick riding skills with their horses and fellow team members.
